Do I still print the programme?
Yes. The QR code goes on the printed programme, poster and banner, so anyone can also read it on a phone.
What file do I upload?
A PDF, up to 50 MB. If you have a Word or design file, save it as a PDF first.
Is the file safe?
Every programme is checked for viruses and unsafe content before guests can open it.
Can I add more details later?
Yes. The link and the QR code stay the same.
How long is the page kept?
For the months you choose. After that, the QR code shows a polite 'page not available' message. You can renew within 90 days to bring everything back.
Can people give gifts?
Only if you switch it on. A single 2.5% fee covers processing, and we pay out every Friday once GHS 50 or more is waiting.
